This is Gill , great soldier and one of Scott Vallely’s close Green Beret buddies before he passed away in April 2004.

General Vallely – I am looking at his memorial fund page and am in tears with all the great things you and your wife have done to honor my friend. I thank you so much! I cannot wait to come out to Montana to see you, Mrs. Vallely and Scott again. I do miss his generosity and friendship dearly. He was a great man. I just want you to know that he was never forgotten by those whom he touched. I know he is looking down on me and proud.. Smiling as he always was. I want to be involved in any way I can. Hope you all are doing well. Thanks so much for inviting me to visit you and Scott’s final resting place.
